First, find what you’re looking for (or get inspiration!)
- Search box - Enter a product type, items i.e handbag, dresses etc, name or designer labels.
- Inspiration - We have themed collections and highlights in every blog entries, showing you our favourite and fresh fashion trends, stories or discoveries.
- Can’t find what you’re after? Drop us an email at diva@diva-darling.com or send your inquiry via our ‘Inquiry Form’ - it’s the highlight of our day when we find you just what you were looking for.
Send us your order
Once you are happy with our quote, send us your order using our ‘Order Form’ at the top navigation menu.
Pay for your purchases
We accept payment via Paypal (with Paypal cross-border fee 4.9% + £0.20) and wire transfer via Western Union which can be done through your local banks i.e. HSBC, CIMB and RHB.
Delivery Charges
Each order is sent directly from UK unless stated otherwise, so a cost per seller is incurred to ensure it reaches you quickly and safely. Charges and delivery times vary from each clients internationally, but they’re always fair and reasonable. International delivery costs are country specific. Returns and Refunds
We will refund or exchange any standard item within 14 days of receipt. We’re sorry but made-to-order, perishable goods, earrings and personal items are non-refundable, unless faulty.
All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned to us at the address on your correspondence. Please obtain proof of posting.
